The posting

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de productieplanning op product-, productielijn- en dagniveau voor een periode van ongeveer vier weken.
  • Afstemmen van de productiebehoeften op de beschikbaarheid van grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen.
  • Tijdig afroepen van grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen bij leveranciers volgens de gemaakte aankoopafspraken.
  • Bewaken van de aansluiting tussen de productieplanning, de leveringen en de toekomstige materiaalbehoeften.
  • Fungeren als verbindingspersoon tussen planning, aankoop, productie, logistiek en externe leveranciers.
  • Analyseren van KPI's en evalueren van bestaande processen om verbeterkansen te identificeren.
  • Optimaliseren van de balans tussen leverbetrouwbaarheid, voorraadbeheer en operationele kosten.
  • Actief bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen en een efficiënte werking van de supply chain.
  • Beschikken over een bacheloropleiding is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.
  • Ervaring binnen supply chain, productieplanning of operations is een troef.
  • Vertrouwd zijn met MRP- en ERP-systemen; kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Inzicht hebben in productieprocessen, capaciteitsplanning, forecasting en master production scheduling (MPS).
  • Prioriteiten kunnen stellen en efficiënt kunnen werken binnen een dynamische omgeving met tijdsdruk.
  • Nauwkeurig, punctueel en gestructureerd te werk gaan en helder communiceren.
  • Vlot Nederlands spreken en beschikken over een basiskennis Frans en Engels.
  • Creatief en oplossingsgericht handelen bij onverwachte problemen.
  • Systeem- en procesgericht denken en voortdurend zoeken naar efficiëntere werkwijzen.
  • Leergierig zijn, initiatief nemen en openstaan voor verandering en verbetering.
  • Assertief optreden en tegelijk flexibel inspelen op veranderende omstandigheden.
  • Graag samenwerken met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders.
