Wat ga je doen?

Als Productieverantwoordelijke Afwerking neem je de leiding over de binderij. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een productieafdeling met ongeveer 20 à 25 medewerkers, verdeeld over verschillende ploegen. Samen met de ploegverantwoordelijken zorg je voor een efficiënte dagelijkse werking en een aangename werkomgeving.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Coachen, motiveren en aansturen van de ploegverantwoordelijken en medewerkers.
  • Versterken van de samenwerking en communicatie tussen de verschillende ploegen.
  • Organiseren en optimaliseren van de productieplanning en de inzet van mensen, machines en materialen.
  • Opvolgen van KPI's en analyseren van productiegegevens.
  • Initiëren en realiseren van verbeteringen op het vlak van kwaliteit, efficiëntie en rendement.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteitsnormen, veiligheid, orde en duidelijke werkafspraken.
  • Afstemmen met orderbegeleiding en andere productieafdelingen.
  • Rapporteren aan de directie en meedenken over toekomstige verbeteringen en investeringen.

Vereisten

  • Je hebt aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur met meerdere ploegen.
  • Je bent een sterke peoplemanager die medewerkers kan coachen, motiveren en bijsturen.
  • Je beschikt over analytisch en procesmatig inzicht.
  • Je hebt ervaring met productieplanning, KPI-opvolging en rendementsverbetering.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, stressbestendig en besluitvaardig.
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en behoudt het overzicht, ook op drukke momenten.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor werk- en denkniveau of gelijkwaardige competenties door ervaring.
  • Je communiceert open en eerlijk en denkt oplossingsgericht.

Ervaring in de grafische sector of binnen een binderij is een grote troef, maar geen vereiste. Je kan rekenen op ervaren ploegverantwoordelijken en medewerkers met de nodige technische kennis. Jouw belangrijkste sterkte ligt in het aansturen van mensen en het verbeteren van processen.
