The posting

Voor een bedrijf actief in de logistieke sector zoeken we een Quality Officer die mee instaat voor de uitwerking, het beheer en de continue verbetering van het kwaliteitsbeleid. Vanuit het hoofdkantoor in het centrum van Antwerpen werk je nauw samen met een collega binnen het kwaliteitsteam en zorg je ervoor dat de kwaliteitsprocessen, certificeringen en procedures correct worden opgevolgd.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je zorgt voor een gestructureerd en overzichtelijk kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert het kwaliteitssysteem in overeenstemming met de geldende wetgeving, klantspecificaties en kwaliteitsnormen zoals ISO, IFS en HACCP.
  • Je volgt verschillende certificeringen en kwaliteitssystemen op en waakt over de naleving ervan.
  • Je voert periodieke controles uit en ondersteunt interne en externe audits.
  • Je analyseert registraties en auditresultaten en volgt verbeteracties en optimalisatieprojecten nauwgezet op.
  • Je rapporteert over de voortgang van acties, audits en verbeterinitiatieven.
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteitsgerelateerde vragen binnen de organisatie.
  • Je organiseert en coördineert opleidingen en sensibiliseringsmomenten om het kwaliteitsbewustzijn bij medewerkers te versterken.

Je bent een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde professional met oog voor detail en een sterke interesse in kwaliteit en procesoptimalisatie. Je werkt graag zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers en gaat discreet om met informatie. Daarnaast communiceer je vlot met verschillende stakeholders en weet je complexe informatie op een duidelijke en professionele manier over te brengen.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Affiniteit met één of meerdere kwaliteitsnormen, zoals ISO 9001, ISO 27001, HACCP of IFS.
  • Ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen of digitale opvolgingsplatformen is een pluspunt.
  • Een goede kennis van MS Office, in het bijzonder Excel.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Een leergierige en proactieve ingesteldheid, met de motivatie om kwaliteitsprocessen verder te ontwikkelen en te verbeteren.
