Voor een vooraanstaande en wereldwijd bekende speler binnen de automotive- en transportsector in Gent zijn we op zoek naar een Quotation Engineer - Customization. In deze uitdagende en veelzijdige functie ben je de technische spilfiguur die specifieke klantverzoeken omzet in haalbare, hoogwaardige en goed ontworpen voertuigoplossingen. Je werkt nauw samen met Sales, Engineering en Productie om te zorgen dat maatwerk naadloos integreert in het productieproces.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Analyseer specifieke klantverzoeken buiten het standaard gamma op technische haalbaarheid, budget, levertermijn en wettelijke vereisten
  • Adviseer interne afdelingen over technische product oplossingen en neem zelfstandig beslissingen over de concrete conceptuitwerking
  • Intensief samenwerken en afstemmen met diverse stakeholders zoals Design, Order Planning, Sales Engineers en externe leveranciers
  • Garandeer een efficiënte en tijdige productie van op maat aangepaste voertuigen
  • Voortdurend aanscherpen en up-to-date houden van je eigen technische product- en voertuigkennis
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting (bijv. Elektromechanica, Automotive, Bautchniek of gelijkwaardig)
  • Affiniteit met voertuigen of ervaring binnen de automotive- of transportsector is een duidelijke plus
  • Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis van het Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk); kennis van extra talen is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt een vlotte kennis van MS Office en bent administratief, organisatorisch en commercieel sterk
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer, sociaal vaardig en beschikt over sterke netwerk- en communicatiekwaliteiten
