The posting

  • Samenwerken met interne stakeholders om veiligheidsprojecten en operationele activiteiten te evalueren en de naleving van Europese en lokale wetgeving te bewaken.
  • Wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving opvolgen en het management en de operationele teams informeren over relevante ontwikkelingen.
  • Veiligheidsdocumentatie beheren en interne databanken actualiseren.
  • Incidentmeldingen registreren, opvolgen en up-to-date houden.
  • Veiligheidsgegevens verzamelen, analyseren en voorbereiden voor rapporteringen.
  • Ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen, implementeren en verbeteren van veiligheidsbeleid, procedures en preventieprogramma's.
  • Meewerken aan interne veiligheidsaudits, workshops en preventieactiviteiten.
  • Opleidingen, seminars en webinars rond gezondheid en veiligheid voorbereiden en organiseren.
  • Knelpunten in bestaande processen identificeren en passende oplossingen voorstellen.
  • Ondersteunen bij het uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en risicobeoordelingen.
  • Samenwerken met HR aan een gestructureerd veiligheids- en preventietraject voor nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Nieuwe veiligheidsprocedures en werkmethodes communiceren naar verschillende afdelingen en vestigingen.
  • Meewerken aan uiteenlopende projecten rond welzijn, gezondheid en veiligheid op het werk.
  • Regelmatig samenwerken met internationale teams en verplaatsingen uitvoeren binnen Europa.
  • Aantoonbare praktische ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen veiligheid en preventie.
  • Een universitair diploma en een getuigschrift Preventieadviseur Niveau 1.
  • Een grondige kennis van de relevante Europese veiligheidswetgeving en regelgeving.
  • Goede schriftelijke vaardigheden en het vermogen om duidelijke procedures en rapporten op te stellen.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om prioriteiten te bepalen en meerdere deadlines te beheren.
  • Een proactieve ingesteldheid en een goed zakelijk beoordelingsvermogen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om samen te werken met medewerkers, externe partners en het senior management.
  • Ervaring binnen een internationale en multiculturele organisatie.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de eigen taken.
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels. Andere talen zijn een pluspunt.
  • Gevorderde kennis van MS Office.
  • Regelmatige verplaatsingen naar Nederland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk.
  • Bereidheid om buiten de normale werkuren bereikbaar te zijn. Je kan dus ook 's nachts opgebeld worden.
