Als Team Lead Inbound is de kandidaat de spilfiguur binnen alle inkomende goederenstromen. De functie omvat de operationele en organisatorische leiding over de inbound-afdeling, waarbij wordt toegezien op een vlot, veilig en efficiënt proces van ontvangst tot opslag.

Samen met twee teamcoaches stuurt de Team Lead een team van ongeveer 15 medewerkers aan.

  • Operationeel procesbeheer & planning: Zorg dragen voor een efficiënte planning van inkomende zendingen via de Time Slot Management-tool. Voorbereiden van zendingen, controleren van vervoersdocumenten en waken over een tijdige verwerking volgens de afgesproken SLA's en klantvereisten. Beheren van de afdelingsmailbox, prioriteiten stellen, actiepunten opvolgen en taken efficiënt delegeren.
  • People management & teamontwikkeling: Coachen, begeleiden en stimuleren van de groei van de medewerkers en teamcoaches. Voeren van regelmatige evaluatie- en feedbackgesprekken en tijdig nemen van corrigerende acties. Fungeren als rolmodel op de werkvloer met een actieve, hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Kwaliteit, veiligheid & GDP-compliance: Toezien op de naleving van de geldende GDP-richtlijnen (Good Distribution Practice), veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen. Opstellen van CAPA's (Corrective and Preventive Actions), analyseren van afwijkingen en opvolgen van verbetertrajecten via KPI's en het teambord.
  • Procesoptimalisatie & systemen: Grondige kennis opbouwen en benutten van de logistieke systemen (WMS en ERP). Proactief analyseren van operationele processen en formuleren van verbetervoorstellen om efficiëntie en veiligheid te verhogen.
  • Communicatie & rapportering: Optreden als centraal aanspreekpunt voor de afdelingen Inbound, Retours en Herconditionering. Nauw samenwerken met interne stakeholders zoals Customer Service, Quality Assurance (QA) en de Technische Dienst. Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de Site Manager over resultaten, KPI's en verbeteracties.
  • Ervaring: Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een logistieke omgeving.
  • Leiderschap: Een inspirerende people manager die teams weet te motiveren, coachen en ontwikkelen.
  • Werkinstelling: Een uitgesproken hands-on mentaliteit met de bereidheid om bij te springen op de werkvloer wanneer nodig.
  • Vaardigheden: Sterke organisatorische en analytische vaardigheden; behoudt het overzicht onder drukke omstandigheden.
  • Communicatie: Oplossingsgericht, communicatief vaardig en denkt in kansen en mogelijkheden.
  • Systemen: Ervaring met WMS- en ERP-systemen en een goede beheersing van MS Office.
  • Eigenschappen: Flexibel, nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht en met constante aandacht voor veiligheid.
