Als Teamcoördinator AM DC Fresh ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van een team van arbeiders en logistieke bedienden. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte personeelsplanning, volgt de resultaten op en waakt over de correcte toepassing van de operationele procedures. Daarnaast stimuleer je de ontwikkeling van je medewerkers en werk je actief mee aan verbeteringsinitiatieven binnen het distributiecentrum.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Leidinggeven en motiveren: Je stuurt je team aan, motiveert medewerkers en voert individuele gesprekken rond feedback, evaluatie, ontwikkeling en bijsturing.
  • Onthaal en begeleiding: Je verwelkomt nieuwe medewerkers en zorgt voor een vlotte integratie binnen het team.
  • Planning en organisatie: Je maakt een efficiënte en kostenbewuste planning op, rekening houdend met de operationele behoeften.
  • Opvolging van KPI's: Je analyseert de teamresultaten en stelt actieplannen op wanneer de vooropgestelde doelstellingen niet worden behaald.
  • Kwaliteit en veiligheid: Je waakt over de correcte toepassing van de operationele procedures, met bijzondere aandacht voor veiligheid en hygiëne.
  • Continue verbetering: Je denkt kritisch mee over bestaande processen en neemt actief deel aan verbeteringsprojecten.
  • Communicatie en samenwerking: Je onderhoudt contacten met andere teams binnen het distributiecentrum, verschillende interne departementen en externe partners, zoals leveranciers.
  • Sociale relaties: Je onderhoudt als supervisor constructieve informele contacten met de sociale partners.

Je bent een echte people manager en haalt voldoening uit het begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers.

Je communiceert vlot en weet medewerkers op een positieve en constructieve manier te motiveren.

Je bent in staat om conflicten bespreekbaar te maken en samen naar oplossingen te zoeken.

Je bent een teamspeler die initiatief neemt en verantwoordelijkheid durft te dragen.

Je blijft rustig en denkt oplossingsgericht bij onverwachte situaties.

Je werkt graag samen met verschillende interne en externe partners.

Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans.

Je bent bereid om bij voorkeur voltijds te werken, met een arbeidsregeling van 36 uur per week.

Je bent bereid om te werken van 4.30 uur tot 12.02 uur, vijf dagen per week.

Je bent bereid om op zaterdag te werken. Er is één roulatie dag per week met de zondag.
