The posting

Als Teamleader Inbound Logistiek draag je de dagelijkse leiding over de inkomende logistieke processen en stuur je jouw team aan op de werkvloer. Jouw takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Operationele leiding: Dagelijks leidinggeven aan, begeleiden van en plannen voor een team van 25 tot 30 pickers en magazijnmedewerkers.
  • Goederenontvangst & controle: Zorgen voor een vlotte ontvangst, controle, inslag en administratieve verwerking van inkomende goederen.
  • Kwaliteit & procedures: Toezien op het correct naleven van de procedures bij het lossen, controleren, gepalletiseerd laden en wegzetten van goederen.
  • Innovatie & digitalisering: Actief meewerken aan de verdere uitrol, integratie en optimalisatie van het interne WMS-pakket.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Automatiseren en verbeteren van magazijnprocessen, waaronder scanning en stocktelling.
  • Probleemoplossing: Snel en effectief signaleren én oplossen van scanning- en systeemproblemen op de werkvloer.
  • Leidinggevende ervaring: Aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen, motiveren en begeleiden van operationele medewerkers op de werkvloer.
  • Logistieke achtergrond: Relevante werkervaring binnen de logistieke sector, met specifieke kennis van en verantwoordelijkheid voor de inkomende goederenstroom (inbound logistiek).
  • WMS-kennis: Ruime ervaring met het werken met een Warehouse Management System (WMS) en affiniteit met scanningsystemen en digitaliseringsprocessen.
  • Organisatorisch & stressbestendig: Sterk in de dagelijkse planning, het opvolgen van de werking en het snel en pragmatisch oplossen van operationele problemen.
