Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je controleert wekelijks de productie- en personeelsplanning en stemt bij waar nodig
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat technische werkzaamheden goed voorbereid zijn en signaleert mogelijke knelpunten tijdig
  • Je beheert de voorraad wisselstukken, plaatst bestellingen en volgt leveringen op
  • Je werkt mee aan de verdere optimalisatie van het beheersysteem voor wisselstukken
  • Je stelt werkinstructies op en zorgt ervoor dat deze steeds up-to-date zijn
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers en externe dienstverleners
  • Je volgt onderhoudscontracten en technische interventies administratief op
  • Je verzorgt de administratie en rapportering van onderhoudsdossiers
  • Je bent regelmatig op de werkvloer aanwezig en houdt voeling met wat er leeft
  • Je helpt mee toezien op de correcte toepassing van werkinstructies en veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Je detecteert technische knelpunten en denkt samen met de techniekers mee over praktische oplossingen
  • Je zoekt voortdurend naar manieren om processen efficiënter, veiliger en beter georganiseerd te maken
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, proactief en oplossingsgericht
  • Je houdt het overzicht, bepaalt vlot prioriteiten en volgt afspraken zelfstandig op
  • Je neemt initiatief en wacht niet tot iemand je vertelt wat er moet gebeuren
  • Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met een praktische en hands-on ingesteldheid
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's, leidinggevenden, leveranciers en externe partners
  • Je bent toegankelijk en weet op een natuurlijke manier vertrouwen op te bouwen
  • Je hebt een technische interesse en wil begrijpen hoe productieprocessen en installaties werken
  • Een specifiek technisch diploma is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open om stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen
  • Je werkt vlot met Outlook, Word en Excel
