Als technisch ondersteuner rolluiken ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de productieafdeling. Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan je collega's, helpt problemen oplossen en werkt actief mee aan verbeteringen op het vlak van kwaliteit, productiviteit en werkmethodes.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Medewerkers opleiden en informeren over nieuwe producten.
  • Technische problemen en speciale bestellingen analyseren en passende oplossingen uitwerken.
  • Verbeteringen aan bestaande producten ontwikkelen en realiseren.
  • Werkmethodes optimaliseren en controle-instructies opstellen of aanpassen.
  • Herstellingen uitvoeren en opvolgen.
  • De afdeling productbeheer ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling en implementatie van nieuwe producten.
  • De afdeling ondersteunen bij TPM-activiteiten en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren volgens de geldende controleformulieren.
  • Klachten vanuit de klantendienst behandelen en zoeken naar duurzame oplossingen.
  • Meewerken aan de dagelijkse productie, zoals voorbereiden, samenbouwen en inpakken.

Bij afwezigheid van de teamleider neem je bovendien de dagelijkse opvolging van de afdeling op jou.

Je bent technisch aangelegd, denkt analytisch en haalt voldoening uit het oplossen van problemen. Je werkt nauwkeurig, communiceert vlot met collega's en steekt graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een technische achtergrond.
  • Een analytische en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Goede pc-vaardigheden, met kennis van het Office-pakket.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een praktische ingesteldheid en de motivatie om mee te werken aan continue verbetering.
