Jouw functie

Als adviseur verkoper ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten in het filiaal. Je luistert naar hun behoeften, geeft deskundig advies en helpt hen bij het vinden van de juiste producten.

Je komt terecht in een afwisselende functie binnen een vakhandel met een ruim assortiment voor werf, huis en tuin.

Jouw taken

  • Je verwelkomt en adviseert klanten in het filiaal.
  • Je luistert naar de wensen van de klant en stelt de juiste producten en oplossingen voor.
  • Je maakt offertes en bestellingen op en volgt deze verder op.
  • Je informeert klanten over acties, nieuwe producten en mogelijkheden.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de buitendienst en je collega's.
  • Je bouwt mee aan een goede klantenrelatie en zorgt voor een professionele service.
  • Je krijgt de kans om je productkennis verder uit te bouwen binnen een breed en gevarieerd assortiment.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een commerciële of verkoopgerichte functie.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht of een sterke interesse in techniek. Kennis van sanitair, elektriciteit of beslag is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's, maar kunt ook zelfstandig initiatief nemen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en houdt het hoofd koel, ook wanneer het druk is.
  • Je bent bereid om op zaterdag te werken.
