Als werkvoorbereider ondersteun je de verantwoordelijke projectcoördinatie in verschillende facetten van de werkvoorbereiding en opvolging van bouwprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met het tekenbureau en de projectleiding om een soepele uitvoering te waarborgen.

Takenpakket:

· Inzichtelijk maken van de technische opbouw

· Ondersteunen van het tekenbureau (plannen opvolgen, kleine aanpassingen, documentbeheer)

· Assisteren bij de werkvoorbereiding van projecten, opvolgen van bouwvergaderingen

· Opstellen en opvolgen van uitvoeringsplanningen

· Opvolging min-/ meerwerken in voortraject in combinatie met budgetbeheer

· Voorbereiden en opvolgen van bestellingen (basisartikelen en materialen)

· Contact met leveranciers en interne afdelingen

· Helpen bewaken van deadlines en voortgang

· Administratieve ondersteuning van lopende projecten

Wij zoeken een proactieve en nauwkeurige werkvoorbereider met minimaal een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in een technische richting, bij voorkeur in de bouwkunde of civiele techniek. Je hebt ervaring met werkvoorbereiding en bent bekend met het ondersteunen van tekenbureaus en projectleiding. Kennis van bouwprocessen, technische tekeningen en projectadministratie is essentieel. Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden, bent communicatief vaardig en kunt goed samenwerken binnen multidisciplinaire teams. Ervaring met het opstellen en opvolgen van uitvoeringsplanningen en budgetbeheer is een pré. Verder ben je vaardig met digitale tools en software voor documentbeheer en planning. Je bent stressbestendig, flexibel en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
