Bij NxtPeople bouwen we aan een krachtig platform dat het volledige wervingsproces ondersteunt –

van talent vinden tot het automatiseren van repetitieve HR-taken. We helpen recruiters, teamleiders

en uitzendbureaus om sneller, efficiënter en gerichter te werken. Zo creëren we ruimte voor wat écht

telt: mensen.

Jouw rol:

Als Backend Developer bij NxtPeople werk je aan slimme, schaalbare oplossingen met Laravel. Je

denkt niet alleen als developer, maar ook als probleemoplosser: hoe maken we iets dat écht impact

heeft?

We bouwen en onderhouden meerdere applicaties, elk met hun eigen focus en technische

uitdagingen, dat betekent afwisseling. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bouwen van nieuwe features,

het verbeteren van de bestaande architectuur en het realiseren van koppelingen met externe

systemen.

Je werkt nauw samen met een divers team van projectmanagers, frontend-developers, UX-designers

en inhoudelijke experts op het gebied van HR. Samen vertalen jullie functionele wensen naar

doordachte technische oplossingen die écht het verschil maken in de praktijk.

Wat je concreet gaat doen

• Ontwikkelen en verbeteren van Laravel-gebaseerde applicaties

• Bouwen van koppelingen met externe API's en andere services

• Meedenken over architectuur, performance en schaalbaarheid

• Code reviews uitvoeren en bijdragen aan technische keuzes

• Werken in sprints binnen een Agile/Scrum-team

• Bachelor in (toegepaste) informatica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

• Goede kennis van PHP en het Laravel-framework (of bereidheid om dit aan te leren)

• Basiskennis van HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript en jQuery is een mooie plus

• Je bent bekend met RESTful API's, Git en CI/CD

• Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands

Nice-to-haves

• Ervaring met Docker en Elasticsearch.

• Ervaring met cloudservices zoals Azure en AWS
