Als strategisch aankoopexpert ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken en optimaliseren van het aankoopbeleid voor technische installatieprojecten. Je brengt leveranciers, aankoopvoorwaarden en marktontwikkelingen in kaart en bepaalt hoe aankopen op lange termijn efficiënter en rendabeler kunnen worden georganiseerd.

Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werfleiders, de technische aankoper en andere interne afdelingen. Je focust op de strategische aanpak, terwijl de operationele en technische aankoopondersteuning intern wordt opgenomen.

  • Je brengt het bestaande leveranciersbestand in kaart en beoordeelt leveranciers op prijs, kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid, flexibiliteit en levertermijnen.
  • Je ontwikkelt een duidelijke aankoopstrategie en werkt kaders uit om leverancierskeuzes en aankoopprocessen te optimaliseren.
  • Je analyseert de aankoopbehoeften op basis van lopende en toekomstige projecten en stemt volumes, levermomenten en voorraadniveaus hierop af.
  • Je onderhandelt over prijzen, contractvoorwaarden en samenwerkingsafspraken om de beste prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding te realiseren.
  • Je onderzoekt mogelijkheden om marges te verbeteren, kosten te verlagen en schaalvoordelen te benutten.
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe leveranciers en alternatieve aankoopkanalen om het bestaande netwerk te versterken.
  • Je volgt marktontwikkelingen, prijsevoluties en nieuwe producten op en vertaalt deze naar concrete aankoopopportuniteiten.
  • Je analyseert bestaande aankoopprocessen en neemt initiatieven om de efficiëntie en samenwerking tussen de verschillende afdelingen te verbeteren.
  • Je volgt de resultaten van gemaakte afspraken op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring in een strategische aankoopfunctie, bij voorkeur binnen een projectmatige technische omgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met strategische aankopen op basis van projectbehoeften, langetermijnplanning en leveranciersbeheer.
  • Je bent sterk in onderhandelen, analyseren en het opbouwen van duurzame leveranciersrelaties.
  • Je kan aankoopgegevens en marktinformatie vertalen naar concrete voorstellen die bijdragen aan kostenbeheersing en rendabiliteit.
  • Je denkt vooruit, werkt gestructureerd en neemt initiatief om bestaande processen te verbeteren.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van het Frans en Engels is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende interne stakeholders en weet uiteenlopende belangen met elkaar te verzoenen.
  • Je kan zelfstandig een strategisch aankoopbeleid uitwerken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je voorstellen en beslissingen.
  • Kennis van HVAC en sanitair is een sterke troef, maar geen absolute vereiste.
