Ben jij technisch sterk, cijfermatig ingesteld en geboeid door HVAC-installaties? Haal je voldoening uit het analyseren van plannen, het uitwerken van technische oplossingen en het opstellen van correcte offertes? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!

Samen met twee ervaren collega's werk je mee aan uiteenlopende projecten. Je krijgt de kans om jouw technisch inzicht in te zetten, mee te denken over de haalbaarheid van projecten en stap voor stap verder te groeien in je rol.

Taken

  • Je analyseert lastenboeken, meetstaten, technische plannen en klantinformatie om een correcte prijsberekening te maken.
  • Je berekent de benodigde materialen en werkt technische prijsaanvragen uit.
  • Je beoordeelt de technische haalbaarheid van projecten en denkt actief mee over mogelijke oplossingen en verbeteringen.
  • Je werkt technische concepten en ontwerpen verder uit op basis van de beschikbare informatie.
  • Je vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers en vergelijkt de verschillende voorstellen om tot een correcte kostprijs te komen.
  • Je stelt offertes op en zorgt ervoor dat deze tijdig en correct bij de klant terechtkomen.
  • Je volgt offertes actief op en onderhoudt contact met klanten, potentiële klanten en studiebureaus.
  • Je draagt de goedgekeurde dossiers zorgvuldig over aan de projectleiders, zodat de uitvoering vlot kan worden opgestart.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur elektromechanica, klimatisatie of een gelijkwaardige opleiding.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in HVAC en technische installaties.
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en kunt plannen en lastenboeken analyseren en interpreteren.
  • Je hebt een sterk cijfermatig inzicht en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je denkt logisch en praktisch na over de technische haalbaarheid en de meest geschikte oplossingen.
  • Je bent in staat om technische informatie te vertalen naar een correcte berekening en een onderbouwde offerte.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van het Frans en Engels is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en werkt graag samen met collega's.

Ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters met een sterke technische basis en een uitgesproken interesse in HVAC komen in aanmerking.
