Je takenpakket:

  • Je brengt bestaande processen in kaart, detecteert verbeterpunten en werkt optimalisaties uit.
  • Je zorgt mee voor de implementatie en opvolging van procesverbeteringen.
  • Je automatiseert en optimaliseert rapporteringen en datastromen.
  • Je verzamelt, koppelt en analyseert data uit verschillende ERP-systemen.
  • Je werkt intensief met Excel en Power BI.
  • Je bouwt rapporteringen en dashboards die collega's helpen om betere beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je werkt mee aan projecten die verschillende teams en afdelingen verbinden.
  • Je draagt bij aan het standaardiseren en verder professionaliseren van processen.
  • Je ondersteunt de organisatie bij het behalen van strategische doelstellingen.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een economische richting zoals TEW, Handelsingenieur of gelijkwaardig.
  • Je hebt minstens 4 jaar ervaring binnen data-analyse, rapportering, businessprocessen of een gelijkaardige rol.
  • Een achtergrond als planner is eveneens relevant.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Excel, ervaring met Power BI en ERP-systemen is een sterke troef.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Je kunt complexe informatie helder vertalen naar concrete inzichten en oplossingen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, proactief en resultaatgericht.
  • Je werkt graag samen met verschillende afdelingen en stakeholders.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft perfect Nederlands.
