Vi søger en erfaren Mechanical R&D Engineer til vores New Product Development afdeling. Her får du en central rolle i udviklingen af nye produkter, hvor du arbejder i krydsfeltet mellem mekanisk design, HW, kølemiddelhåndtering og termodynamik.

Du kommer til at arbejde med alt fra kapslingsdesign og komponentudvikling til optimering af kølemiddel- og pumpesystemer, både teoretisk og praktisk. Rollen passer godt til dig, der drives af at optimere mekaniske og termodynamiske løsninger og skabe produkter med høj teknisk kvalitet.

Hvad kommer du til at arbejde med?

Du bliver en vigtig del af vores R&D-organisation og får ansvar for udviklingen af mekaniske løsninger fra idé til færdigt produkt.

Dine opgaver vil blandt andet omfatte:

  • Design og konstruktion af kapslinger i plast, aluminium og plademetal.
  • Design og optimering af systemer til håndtering af kølemidler.
  • Termodynamisk design af systemer, hvor korrekt styring af flow, tryk og kølemiddel er afgørende.
  • Udvikling af termiske løsninger, herunder heatsinks og kølekomponenter.
  • Samarbejde med indkøb, produktion og leverandører omkring design, fremstilling og implementering.
  • Deltagelse i produktudviklingsprojekter fra konceptfase til serieproduktion.

Hvem er du?

Du har sandsynligvis en bachelor- eller kandidatuddannelse inden for maskinteknik, mekatronik eller lignende og har opbygget solid erfaring inden for mekanisk produktudvikling.

Vi forestiller os, at du har:

  • 6-10 års erfaring med mekanisk konstruktion og udvikling.
  • Erfaring med termodynamiske systemer, gerne inden for køle- eller kølemiddelteknologi.
  • Erfaring med design af plastkomponenter til sprøjtestøbning.
  • Erfaring med konstruktion i aluminium, herunder trykstøbte og ekstruderede emner.
  • Kendskab til udvikling af heatsinks og andre termiske løsninger.
  • Erfaring med CAD-konstruktion i Creo.
  • Gerne erfaring med SAP og arbejde i et produktionsmiljø.
