Dan is dit jouw kans.Als Product Technology & Innovation Lead – Packaging speel je een sleutelrol in de verdere uitbouw van packaging binnen Agristo. Je zet de koers uit, ontwikkelt nieuwe verpakkingsoplossingen en vertaalt markttrends, klantverwachtingen, duurzaamheidsambities en wetgeving naar concrete innovaties die impact maken in onze plants.Het bouwen van de strategische fundamenten van de packaging capability binnen Agristo is een belangrijke doelstelling en dit combineer je in een opstartfase met een hands-on aanpak. Je bouwt mee aan de packaging expertise binnen Agristo, trekt zelf ontwikkelings- en validatieprojecten en helpt tegelijk met het leggen van de fundamenten voor de verdere uitbouw van de packaging capability binnen Agristo, in team product.Zo maak je impact op onze producten, onze productiesites én onze toekomstige groei.Wat zal je doen bij Agristo?

  • Je neemt ownership over onze packagingstandaarden en ons verpakkingsmateriaalportfolio en zorgt ervoor dat verpakkingsoplossingen in al onze plants voldoen aan de verwachtingen van klanten, markt en productie.
  • Je bouwt en realiseert de verpakkingsroadmap van primaire verpakking tot gepalletiseerd eindproduct. Je vertaalt markttrends, klantennoden, duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen en wetgeving naar duidelijke prioriteiten en innovatieve oplossingen.
  • Je leidt nieuwe verpakkingsontwikkelingen van concept tot implementatie. Je stuurt testen, validaties en lijnproeven aan en zorgt voor een succesvolle overdracht naar operations.
  • Je beheert verpakkingsspecificaties, standaarden en relevante data en zorgt ervoor dat die correct, actueel en toepasbaar zijn binnen onze verschillende plants.
  • Je realiseert concrete verbeteringen op het vlak van materiaalgebruik, kostenefficiëntie, kwaliteit, recycleerbaarheid en lijnperformantie.
  • Je bepaalt en valideert de verpakkingstechnologie en brengt de toekomstige capaciteits- en technologiebehoeften voor bestaande, nieuwe en gerenoveerde productielijnen in kaart.
  • Je waakt mee over packaging compliance volgens het principe van compliance by design. Samen met QESH zorg je ervoor dat verpakkingen voldoen aan interne en externe vereisten.
  • Je bouwt duurzame partnerships uit met leveranciers, technologiepartners en co-packers om samen nieuwe oplossingen te ontwikkelen en te testen.
  • Je ondersteunt onze plants, klanten en collega's met technische expertise, prototypes, samples en advies bij verpakkingsuitdagingen, verpakkingsklachten en NCP's.
  • Je zorgt voor een sterke samenwerking tussen Plants, Process, QESH, Procurement en Market Success. Je brengt mensen samen rond gemeenschappelijke doelstellingen en creëert draagvlak voor innovatie en verandering.
  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert packagingstrategieën over onze internationale productiesites heen en zorgt ervoor dat kennis wordt vastgelegd, gedeeld en vertaald naar standaarden, opleidingen en duurzame expertise binnen onze organisatie.
  • Je bouwt de packaging capability binnen Agristo verder uit. Vandaag doe je dat vooral door zelf projecten te trekken en expertise op te bouwen. Morgen speel je ook een belangrijke rol in het vormgeven en begeleiden van toekomstige Packaging Developers. Je stimuleert kennisdeling, samenwerking en continue verbetering en helpt collega's groeien in hun expertise.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in Packaging Technology, voedingsmiddelentechnologie, bio-engineering, industriële wetenschappen, chemie of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in packaging development, packaging innovation, R&D of een gelijkaardige technische functie binnen een internationale food- of FMCG-omgeving.
  • Je combineert diepgaande kennis van verpakkingsmaterialen en -technologie met ervaring in ontwikkelen, testen, valideren en industrialiseren.
  • Je hebt een goed inzicht in sustainable packaging, circular design, food contact compliance en technische claims.
  • Je begrijpt hoe verpakking, proces en lijnperformantie elkaar beïnvloeden en houdt rekening met kwaliteit, OEE, kost en duurzaamheid.
  • Je bent sterk in het uitwerken van roadmaps en het succesvol realiseren van innovatieprojecten.
  • Je bouwt gemakkelijk relaties op met leveranciers, technologiepartners en andere stakeholders en weet mensen uit verschillende disciplines rond één doel te verbinden.
  • Je bent analytisch, pragmatisch en besluitvaardig. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategie, techniek en praktijk.
  • Je haalt energie uit het coachen, ontwikkelen en inspireren van collega's en uit het mee opbouwen van expertise, teams en organisatiecapaciteit.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels en voelt je thuis in een internationale omgeving.
