* Réaliser divers travaux d'entretien des parcelles d'essais de vergers de fruits à pépins et à noyau * Assister les responsables de recherche dans la sélection des abricotiers et dans l'évaluation de la sensibilité aux maladies des variétés de poires et d'abricots * Participer à diverses mesures dans les vergers en soutien à la recherche pratique en arboriculture fruitière * Récolter et analyser des données et préparer des rapports * Participer aux tâches administratives et organisationnelles en lien avec l'entretien des parcelles d'essais

* Arboriculteur/trice CFC ou formation équivalente * Connaissances approfondies en arboriculture fruitière, expérience dans l'accompagnement d'essais scientifiques est un avantage * Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant au sein d'une équipe * Intérêt pour les échanges et la collaboration avec la recherche * Bonnes compétences organisationnelles, personne axée sur les prestations et les solutions, capable de travailler en équipe * Connaissances de deux langues officielles

Agroscope est le centre de compétences de la Confédération pour la recherche dans les domaines de l'agriculture et de la filière alimentaire. Les chercheuses et chercheurs exercent leurs activités sur divers sites en Suisse. Le siège principal se trouve à Berne-Liebefeld (à partir de 2026: Posieux FR). Agroscope est rattaché au Département fédéral de l'économie, de la formation et de la recherche DEFR.

Les activités du groupe de recherche Production fruitière en région alpine sont axées sur le développement de systèmes de production et de stockage innovants et durables pour les fruits. Les principaux thèmes de recherche sont (i) la création de nouvelles variétés d'abricots et de poires, afin d'améliorer leur résistance aux maladies et aux ravageurs, la qualité de leurs fruits et leur productivité, (ii) le développement de méthodes de lutte contre les ravageurs et les maladies, afin de réduire l'utilisation de pesticides et (iii) la détermination des facteurs d'influence de la qualité des fruits avant et après la récolte, afin de réduire l'impact du changement climatique.
