Das macht Sie einzigartig

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Universität oder Fachhochschule) mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft; idealerweise ergänzt durch eine höhere Weiterbildung im HR\-Management
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer anspruchsvollen HR\-Leitungsfunktion sowie ausgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Teams
  • Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Veränderungs\- und Transformationsprozessen sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsleitungen und Führungskräften auf strategischer Ebene
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs\-, Beratungs\- und Kommunikationskompetenzen mit der Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Anspruchsgruppen zu überzeugen, zu vernetzen und für gemeinsame Ziele zu gewinnen
  • Kenntnisse der Strukturen und Prozesse der Bundesverwaltung sowie Erfahrung in einem Umfeld des Bundes stellen einen klaren Vorteil dar
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse zweier Amtssprachen und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
