  • Leitung des Zentralsupports auf allen Standorten von Agroscope in der Schweiz (6 Personen) in personeller, fachlicher, finanzieller und organisatorischer Hinsicht und aktive Mitarbeit bei operativen Tätigkeiten
  • Sicherstellung der operativen Dienstleistungen des Zentralsupports in Posieux und Koordination der Aktivitäten an allen Standorten, insbesondere der Telefonzentrale, des Ticketing-Systems, des Empfangs und der Unterstützung bei Veranstaltungen, unter Berücksichtigung der Mehrsprachigkeit
  • Harmonisierung und Optimierung der administrativen, logistischen und organisatorischen Arbeitsprozesse auf allen Standorten, Entwickung geeigneter Instrumente und Sicherstellung der Qualität der Dienstleistungen
  • Leitung von Infrastruktur-Teilprojekten im Rahmen von Azurite, insbesondere Einführung des Ticketing-Systems
  • Operative Verantwortung für die LRAO-Dienstleistungen (rund 1600 Personalbewegungen pro Jahr), insbesondere Einhaltung der Anforderungen der Swiss Government PKI, Zertifikatsverwaltung sowie Schulung der LRAO- und RIO-Rollen
  • Ausbildung und Betreuung der Lernenden, Koordination der Zivildienstleistenden, der Hilfskräfte und der externen Dienstleister sowie bei Bedarf Mitarbeit bei operativen Tätigkeiten

Das macht Sie einzigartig

  • Kaufmännische Grundbildung oder Ausbildung im Hotel- und Dienstleistungsbereich (EFZ, ergänzt durch einen Bachelor-Abschluss, eine höhere Fachbildung oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung)
  • Mehr als fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung, darunter nachweisliche Führungserfahrung von Teams und der Koordination von Dienstleistungen oder Prozessen
  • Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken sowie Fähigkeit, Prozesse zu strukturieren und Probleme selbstständig zu lösen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und ausgeprägtes Interesse an der Digitalisierung und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen
  • Ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsbewusstsein und Kundenorientierung, hervorragende zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, Verhandlungsgeschick, Teamgeist und persönliche Integrität
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse zweier Amtssprachen und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
