Our client, a fast-scaling SaaS startup led by seasoned founders and backed by top-tier investors, is seeking exceptional engineers to join their world-class team. This rare opportunity allows you to work alongside industry-leading talent at the early stages, with competitive packages designed to attract the top 1% of Senior Engineers, including former Tech Leads, Staff Engineers, and Senior Engineers from top tech companies.

About the Roles

  • We’re hiring for three senior engineering levels, ideal for experienced engineers eager to leave behind the slower pace and red tape of larger companies. Here, you’ll enter a fast-paced, high-growth environment focused on building an innovative product that’s disrupting an outdated, underserved niche.
  • The team values strong expertise in back-end or front-end development, with the flexibility to work across both areas and a product-focused mindset. With no PMs on the team, engineers have a unique influence on product direction, shaping what you build and how it evolves.
  • Located onsite in São Paulo, these roles provide a dynamic, hands-on startup environment where commitment and hard work are rewarded with competitive pay and substantial stock options, aligning with the company’s ambitious growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with JavaScript-based web applications built with Amazon, TypeScript, microservices architecture, and Lambda functions to ensure top scalability and performance.
  • Develop and maintain scalable systems within a microservices framework.
  • Shape technical strategy and architecture, collaborating cross-functionally for high-impact results.
  • Lead or contribute to essential engineering projects, ensuring high-quality code and team best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Advanced English is desired, but fluency in conversation is not a mandatory requirement.
  • Extensive experience in web application development with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Amazon are preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, autonomy, and a product-centric approach to engineering.
  • Proven track record of leadership or delivering impactful projects in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
