Als Senior Steuerberater (m/w/d) bei der AHW betreust und berätst Du anspruchsvolle Mandant:innen in vielfältigen steuerlichen Fragestellungen. Du übernimmst die fachliche Verantwortung für komplexe Mandate, arbeitest eng mit unseren Steuerberater:innen, Steuerfachangestellten und weiteren Kolleg:innen zusammen und bringst Deine Erfahrung und Expertise aktiv ein.

Die Position ist ideal für Dich, wenn Du bereits über fundierte Erfahrung in der Steuerberatung verfügst, Mandate souverän und eigenverantwortlich führst und auch über das Tagesgeschäft hinaus etwas bewegen möchtest. Bei uns hast Du den Raum, neue Impulse zu setzen, die Digitalisierung und Qualität unserer Beratung weiterzuentwickeln und die Zukunft der AHW aktiv mitzugestalten.

Mandantenbetreuung und Beratung

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung anspruchsvoller Mandant:innen
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und fachliche Freigabe von Jahresabschlüssen sowie komplexen Steuererklärungen
  • Erarbeitung steuerlicher Stellungnahmen, Gutachten und Gestaltungskonzepte
  • Strategische Beratung zu steuerlichen Optimierungs- und Strukturierungsmöglichkeiten

Qualitätssicherung und fachliche Leitung

  • Fachliche Prüfung und Freigabe von Arbeitsergebnissen im Team
  • Sicherstellung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und interner Qualitätsstandards
  • Verantwortung für Prozess- und Wissensqualität
  • Sparringspartner:in für Teamleitung und Kolleg:innen bei fachlichen Fragestellungen
  • Pflege digitaler Mandantenakten und Dokumentationen in DATEV

Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit

  • Proaktive Kommunikation mit Mandant:innen und Behörden
  • Ansprechpartner:in bei komplexen steuerlichen Fragestellungen
  • Fachliche Leitung in Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen
  • Unterstützung des fachlichen Austauschs innerhalb des Teams

Prozessmanagement und Digitalisierung

  • Mitgestaltung von Digitalisierungsprojekten und Prozessoptimierungen
  • Bewertung und Einführung neuer digitaler Tools und Technologien
  • Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Mandantenkommunikation und interner Workflows

Weiterbildung und Entwicklung

  • Coaching und Mentoring von Junior- und Mid-Level-Kolleg:innen
  • Durchführung interner Schulungen und Wissenstransfer
  • Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Kolleg:innen
  • Kontinuierliche fachliche Weiterentwicklung

Was wir uns von Dir wünschen

  • Erfolgreich abgelegtes Steuerberaterexamen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei oder Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht, insbesondere im Bereich der Unternehmenssteuern
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Prüfung von Jahresabschlüssen, Steuererklärungen sowie steuerlichen Stellungnahmen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denkvermögen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Freude an fachlicher Verantwortung sowie der Entwicklung von Kolleg:innen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
