Maintain a current view of customer compliance requirements and identify vendors able to meet them in needed markets, coordinating onboarding and coverage needs with the Vendor Relations Manager team. Maintain accurate compliance records and provide Vivian and internal teams with clear updates on vendor status, outstanding items, and issues that could delay service readiness. Maintain engagement with approved vendors ahead of customer site launches and new customer programs, and coordinate readiness with Operations and Vendor Relations.
