Key responsibilitiesBusiness operations: Review existing business processes, procedures and workflows, identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.Compliance monitoring: Assist in monitoring compliance with applicable Irish and EU legislation, company policies, contractual obligations and relevant industry requirements.Policy and procedure management: Maintain internal policies, operational procedures, compliance registers and business documentation, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.Risk management: Identify potential operational and compliance risks, maintain risk registers, escalate issues and assist with corrective action plans.Telecommunications and technology compliance: Support the review of applicable requirements relating to telecommunications services, technology products, consumer protection, data protection and electronic communications, as relevant to the company's activities.Data protection: Assist with internal privacy procedures, data-handling practices, records management and coordination of data protection queries in accordance with applicable requirements.Supplier and contract administration: Review supplier documentation, maintain contract records, monitor contractual obligations and assist with supplier compliance checks.Business reporting: Prepare management reports, performance summaries, compliance updates and operational documentation to support informed decision-making.Process improvement: Analyse operational information, identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to internal systems, controls and procedures.Stakeholder coordination: Liaise with internal teams, external service providers, suppliers and other business stakeholders to support operational and compliance requirements.Audit and review support: Assist with internal reviews, evidence gathering, document preparation and follow-up actions arising from audits or compliance assessments.Technology adoption: Support the effective use of business software, digital tools and AI-enabled systems to improve documentation, reporting and operational efficiency.Qualifications required:A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Law, Management or a related discipline.Experience required:0 to 1 year of relevant professional experience in business operations, compliance support, risk management, business process analysis or a related field.Skills and competencies required:-Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.-Ability to interpret policies, procedures and regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business processes.
