1. 前沿算法研究：研究大模型 Agent 在复杂专业任务中的长链条规划、推理决策、工具学习、自我纠错与强化学习方法； 2. 专业场景落地：面向工程设计、仿真与优化等真实场景，参与专家级工作流 Agent 的研发与效果优化； 3. 评测与数据构建：参与复杂 Agent 任务评测、高质量轨迹数据及相关训练与验证体系建设； 4. 学术与工程交付：推动具有普适性的研究成果形成高水平论文，并完成核心算法的工程实现与应用验证。

1. 计算机、人工智能、自动化、机械、航空航天或相关专业在读本科高年级、硕士或博士，具备扎实的 Python 编程与机器学习基础； 2. 具备人工智能、计算机或相关交叉领域顶级会议/顶级期刊论文发表经历，原则上应为一作或主要贡献者，并能够独立推进研究与论文写作； 3. 熟悉大语言模型及 Agent 相关技术，对 Planning、Reasoning、Tool-use、Memory、RAG、Skill 或多智能体中的一个或多个方向有实践经验； 4. 具备较强的算法实现和实验能力，能够独立完成论文阅读、方法复现、问题分析与迭代优化； 5. 具备工程落地意识，关注算法在真实复杂任务中的有效性、稳定性和可复现性； 6. 有强化学习、科学计算、工程仿真、设计优化或专业软件智能体相关经验者优先； 7. 具备良好的英文文献阅读、技术写作和团队协作能力；有高水平算法竞赛、Kaggle 或有影响力的开源项目经历者优先。
