1.计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2.熟练掌握Python/C++等编程语言，具备扎实的编程功底与系统设计能力； 3.熟悉深度学习原理，理解常见模型结构（如Transformer、CNN、RNN等）及其适用场景； 4.熟悉AI Infra，了解分布式训练、模型压缩、推理加速等常见性能优化方法； 5.熟悉主流训练与推理框架，如PyTorch、TensorRT、vLLM等； 6.有智能体（Agent）开发经验者优先，熟悉RAG、Tool Use、Planning等机制者优先； 7.具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神，具备较强的自我驱动力与问题解决能力。
