1. 参与轻量级环境系统的设计与开发，完善进程与文件系统隔离、资源限制、环境创建与回收等能力，优化启动速度和资源开销。 2. 参与 Agent 轨迹存储系统的设计与开发，支持执行记录及相关数据的写入、索引、查询和版本管理，提升读写性能与可靠性。 3. 参与分布式任务调度和服务建设，完善并发控制、故障恢复与监控，支持 Agent 任务的稳定运行。 4. 与算法及应用团队协作，开发配套接口和调试工具，支持轨迹回放、问题排查、模型评测与训练。

1. 计算机或相关专业应届毕业生，具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础，熟练掌握 C++、Rust、Go、Python 等至少一门编程语言。 2. 理解操作系统基本原理，包括进程与线程、虚拟内存、文件系统和 I/O；熟悉 Linux 开发环境，具备基本的调试和问题排查能力。 3. 了解存储系统基础，包括索引、缓存、数据布局、持久化和崩溃恢复，对读写性能与数据一致性有基本认识。 4. 了解分布式系统基本概念，包括网络通信、并发、复制、分区和故障处理，能够分析常见的可靠性问题。 5. 有课程项目、个人项目、科研、实习或开源实践，能够清楚说明技术选择与实现过程；有容器或虚拟化、数据库或存储引擎、分布式系统相关经验者优先。 6. 对 AI Agent 基础设施有兴趣，愿意阅读技术资料和源码，能够主动学习并与团队协作解决问题。
