随着AI能力快速发展，通用人工智能在生物、化学、能源、网络空间等高风险领域也带来了新的安全挑战。我们致力于探索AI的前沿风险（Frontier AI Risk），研究AI系统在复杂科学与工程领域中的潜在风险、能力边界与安全保障方法。

岗位重点关注 AI 在生物、化学、医疗、金融、能源等高风险领域的能力评估、风险发现、安全测试与治理技术，探索如何构建面向未来智能系统的风险评测体系与安全保障机制。

1. 博士及以上学历，生物信息学、环境学、金融、化学等相关专业优先； 2. 具备一定的大模型/智能体评测经验，能灵活使用 Claude Code 或 Codex 等AI编程工具； 3. 以下方向之一具备经验者优先：模型评测、红队测试、安全对齐、AI在生物/化学/材料等垂域的应用； 4. 在生物、医疗、化学、金融等垂直领域具有专业背景或项目经验者优先； 5. 对AI的安全挑战和跨学科问题具有兴趣，能够主动发现问题并推动研究落地； 6. 具有良好的沟通协作能力，能够与团队融洽合作，一起探索新技术，推进技术进步。

加分项： 1. 在 Nature、Science、NeurIPS、ICML、ICLR、ACL 等期刊/会议发表过论文； 2. 参与或维护 AI 安全、模型评测、智能体安全相关开源项目； 3. 在生物、化学、医学、材料、能源、金融等领域有研究经历；
