1.围绕所负责的科学方向（生命科学 / 地球科学 / 物质材料等），研究 AI for Science 的代表性应用、模型、开源项目与产品，跟进并引领技术路线、应用场景与发展脉络。 2.能力评测与对比，对代表性 AI 科学应用进行能力评测，设计/执行评测方案，从科学准确性、适用范围、效率提升、可复现性等维度进行对比分析。 3.独立产出结构化的调研报告与评测报告，提炼应用价值、核心方法、适用场景与局限性，给出专业判断与建议。 4.前沿跟踪与知识沉淀，持续跟踪论文、开源项目与产品动态，维护方向知识库与评测基准，及时识别值得关注的新进展。 5.评测体系协作：协助搭建分方向的评测指标体系与评测流程，推动评测标准化与可持续迭代。

1.学历：硕士及以上。 2.专业背景：生命科学、生物医学工程、药学、大气/海洋/气候、地球物理/地质、材料、化学、物理等相关专业；或具备上述方向的扎实自学/科研经历。 3.领域认知：对 AI for Science 有基本了解，熟悉本方向至少 1–2 个代表性 AI 应用及其原理，能讲清"它在解决什么科学问题、怎么做、效果如何、局限在哪"。 4.编程能力：具备一定编程基础（Python 、Java、Go均可），能运行/复现开源模型、处理数据。
