1. 负责基因发掘AI智能体的设计与研发，实现基因组数据分析、候选基因挖掘、基因功能注释等科研任务的智能化。 2. 研发智能体任务规划、工具调用、知识检索（RAG）及多智能体协作能力，集成GWAS、QTL等生物信息学分析工具。 3. 参与“端砚-生物育种”平台的功能开发、智能体集成及科研工作流优化。 4. 负责智能体及平台的性能调试与优化，提升任务执行效率、系统稳定性和分析准确性。 5. 开展功能测试、性能测试及效果评估，持续优化智能体的科研应用能力。

1. 硕士及以上学历，人工智能、计算机、生物信息学等相关专业。 2. 熟练掌握Python，熟悉PyTorch等深度学习框架，具备大模型或AI Agent研发经验。 3. 熟悉RAG、Function Calling、LangChain、LangGraph等相关技术。 4. 了解基因组学、生物信息学或遗传育种知识，熟悉GWAS、QTL、基因功能注释等至少一个方向。 5. 熟悉Linux开发环境，具备软件开发、系统调试、性能优化及测试能力。

优先条件 1. 具有基因发掘、作物遗传育种或生物信息学相关项目经验。 2. 具有AI Agent、科研智能体或生物领域大模型开发经验。 3. 具有复杂科研工作流开发、组学数据分析或系统性能优化经验。 4. 发表过相关领域高水平论文或参与过相关开源项目。
