1. 参与实验室核心科研任务，研发面向生命科学场景的人工智能算法和工具 2. 构建面向垂直场景的蛋白质互作网络并研发蛋白质互作预测模型。 3. 研发面向垂直场景的的蛋白质语言模型评测基准； 4. 构建面向垂直场景蛋白结构数据库并研发蛋白质结构预测模型； 5. 参与研发面向垂直场景的蛋白质设计智能体，打通"AI自主设计→湿实验验证→反馈迭代"的闭环研发体系，实蛋白质从头设计与定向改良； 6. 参与研发多组学大模型，融合基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学等多模态数据。

1. 人工智能、计算生物学、生物信息学、结构生物学或相关专业博士或硕士，具备扎实的编程与算法基础，发表过高水平论文者优先； 2. 熟悉人工智能 + 生命科学领域，有蛋白质语言模型（如ESM等）、蛋白质结构预测（如AlphaFold等）或蛋白质设计（如RFdiffusio等）相关研发经验者优先； 3. 具备优秀的分析和解决问题能力，能够独立推进从模型研发到实验验证的完整研究链路；具有良好的团队合作精神与跨学科沟通意识，能够与生物学家高效协作。
