1. 具有计算机科学、人工智能、数学、物理、化学、材料等相关专业硕士及以上学位 2. 对AI for science领域的前沿研究充满热情，渴望通过技术推动科学进步，以第一作者身份在AI领域顶会顶刊上有相关成果发表，或在相关领域有突出研究成果，如Nature、Science或重要子刊、PR系列上的论文发表； 3. 优秀的编程能力，了解数据结构与算法。熟练掌握python，熟练使用主流深度学习框架如pytorch。 了解熟悉Transformer/VAE/GNN/Diffusion Model/Bayesian Learning/Reinforcement Learning等。 4. 具备较强的独立问题分析和解决能力，能够解决复杂的AI+材料交叉问题。 5. 具备良好的沟通表达能力与团队合作精神，能够与跨学科团队高效合作。
