1.博士及以上学历，专业方向为生物化学与分子生物学、合成生物学、蛋白质工程、酶工程、生物工程、微生物学等相关领域。 2.具有系统性定向进化或蛋白质工程湿实验经验，承担过完整的进化/筛选项目（博士后及研究工作经历均计入）。 3.具备良好的实验设计与数据分析能力，对数据质量和可复现性有高要求。 4.具备跨学科沟通能力，愿意与AI团队协作
