1.交叉研究：开展 AI 与基础科学（生命/神经/物理/化学/材料/医学等）的深度融合研究，探索前沿模型与智能体技术在该领域的应用与能力突破，推动从 0 到 1 的原创性突破。 2.方法构建：面向具体科学瓶颈（计算模拟、机理发现、药物/蛋白设计、神经解码、因果推断等），独立完成算法设计、模型开发与训练，或搭建实验/计算平台，持续迭代提升准确性、效率与泛化能力。 3.流程与平台建设：建立标准化、可复现的研究流程与数据记录规范，参与自动化/自主实验平台建设，提升研究通量与数据质量。 4.落地应用：围绕科研目标，将研究成果推向实际场景落地，产出标志性成果。 成果产出：问题定义 → 实验设计 → 结果分析 → 结论沉淀，跟踪前沿论文，参与论文撰写、开源项目与技术报告建设。

1.硕士及以上学历，AI / 计算机 / 数学 / 物理 / 化学 / 材料 / 生物 / 神经科学 / 医学等交叉学科。 2.扎实的数理基础与计算思维，能独立完成"选题 → 数值/湿实验 → 成果产出"的全流程。 3.熟练掌握 Python，熟练使用 PyTorch 等主流深度学习框架，熟悉 Transformer / VAE / GNN / Diffusion / 强化学习等技术。 4.在至少一个 AI4Science 方向有深入研究经验（大模型、智能体、生成模型、因果推断、神经建模、湿实验等）。 5.以第一作者在顶会顶刊发表论文（Nature / Science 及重要子刊、NeurIPS / ICLR / ICML / CVPR / ICCV / TPAMI / PRL 等）。
