1.负责科学领域（化学、生命科学、材料、地球科学、物理等）多模态大模型训练数据的全流程建设，提升模型在科学 benchmark 上的性能与科学知识、推理能力； 2.负责科学领域高质量指令数据的大规模合成与筛选：基于专业科学数据库（PubChem、UniProt 等）与开源数据构造 QA，开展文本/VQA 数据合成、结构化数据改造、指令多样性升级与 CoT 升级； 3.负责科学 benchmark 的收集、甄别与评测集成，基于 OpenCompass / VLMEvalKit 实现新数据集集成； 4.负责数据有效性验证与合入：设计并执行单训、混训小规模实验，确定数据配比，完成数据交付与版本管理； 5.与 AI4S 领域团队紧密协作，对接前沿科学任务场景与原始数据，跟进行业最新技术进展，探索 AI for Science 方向的新技术研究与落地。

1.化学、生物、材料、地球科学、物理等相关专业硕士及以上学历； 2.有化学、生物、材料、地球科学等科学领域背景，或熟悉 PubChem、UniProt、Materials Project 等专业科学数据库与 RDKit 等工具链； 3.熟悉主流大模型/多模态大模型的训练、微调与评测流程，有大规模 SFT/RL 训练经验者优先； 4.熟悉 deepspeed、xtuner、llamafactory、vllm、sglang、opencompass、VLMEvalKit 等大模型训练、推理、评测框架中至少一种； 5.有 Agent/Skill 开发、工具调用与自动化 pipeline 落地经验者加分； 6.具备良好的沟通表达能力、跨团队协作意识、针对关键技术难度的攻坚能力； 加分项：有跨学科研究经历、使用过 RDKit 等科学计算工具、VLMEvalKit/OpenCompass 使用经验。
