1. 汇同科研算法团队，围绕高价值安全问题完成标准化界定与方法沉淀，搭建配套的专项数据集、评测基准与测试框架，将安全领域的前沿研究成果系统性转化为可规模使用的网络安全能力，打通从研究到实战的价值链路。 2. 汇同工程团队，主导企业级安全产品的顶层设计与工程化落地，统筹安全体系架构与平台化底座的设计建设，沉淀通用、可扩展的安全服务能力，为外部用户提供规模化的工程支撑，实现安全能力的标准化输出与持续演进。 3. 面向 AI 安全研究的核心需求，自主构建数据合成、后训练交互沙箱、训推一体等安全基础设施，为红队攻防、智能体安全、风险评测等方向提供可复现、可验证、可规模化的实验与验证环境，让前沿探索具备工程确定性。 4. 按需构建覆盖终端、网络、云与真实业务链路的智能体运行环境与仿真验证体系，支撑复杂工具调用、多轮长程交互等高保真场景下的能力评测与风险暴露，使安全结论建立在贴近生产的真实条件之上。 5. 推进安全算法能力的服务化与平台化封装，统筹模型调度、任务编排、风险计算等关键链路的工程架构设计，保障高可用、低延迟与弹性扩展，并统一接口、数据与部署规范，系统性化解技术债，让安全能力成为可被反复调用的稳定底座。

1. 具备扎实的计算机科学功底，对数据结构、操作系统、计算机网络等底层原理有系统性理解，能够从系统机理层面剖析复杂问题；熟练掌握 Python / Go / Java 中至少一门语言，具备高质量工程实现与架构抽象能力。 2. 深耕网络安全产品领域，至少主导或深度参与过一项核心安全产品的研发与落地，包括但不限于漏洞扫描、SAST/DAST/IAST、代码审计、恶意代码检测、Web/API 安全检测引擎、主机安全、态势感知、新一代防火墙、流量安全等方向，理解检测能力的工程边界与真实环境下的有效性挑战。 3. 具备将安全能力与大模型 / Agent 深度融合的实践成果，如模型微调（SFT / RLHF / DPO 等）、基于 LLM 的自动化漏洞挖掘、安全智能体构建、安全 Harness 体系建设等，能够在"AI for Security"与"Security for AI"两个方向上形成技术判断与落地路径。 4. 熟悉 Transformer 架构及大模型预训练、继续预训练（CPT）、监督微调（SFT）的原理与实践，掌握数据清洗、质量评估、数据配比等数据工程方法，理解模型能力与数据质量之间的因果链条。 5. 具备良好的学术表达与技术沉淀能力，在网络安全、人工智能或交叉方向的国内外高水平学术会议/期刊（如 IEEE S&P、USENIX Security、CCS、NDSS、NeurIPS、ICML、ICLR、ACL、CVPR 及同等级刊物）发表过论文，或有经同行认可的高质量技术报告、开源成果、专利等可对标产出，能够将工程实践提炼为可传播的方法论。
