面向地球科学（气象、气候、海洋、环境等）领域，构建面向科研与业务应用的 地球系统通用基础模型。通过大规模多模态数据、深度学习与智能体技术，推动地球系统模拟、预测与科学发现的智能化。 1. 参与构建的多模态气象数据集，开展baseline模型设计与系统性验证工作； 2. 设计并实现面向科学研究的 AI Agent 系统，支持自动化科研流程； 3. 参与多模态地球系统数据建模，构建地球科学多模态数据管线与数据标准化体系； 4. 推动研究成果发表于高水平期刊，包括Nature子刊等期刊。

1. 计算机科学、人工智能、地球科学、应用数学、物理、遥感等相关专业硕士及以上学历； 2. 具备模型Scale Up相关经验，有3B参数以上视觉或跨模态模型开发与训练经验者优先； 3. 对AI for Earth Science领域具有强烈研究兴趣，具备优秀的自主学习能力与团队协作能力； 4. 扎实的机器学习 / 深度学习基础，熟悉 PyTorch / JAX / TensorFlow 等框架之一； 5. 了解地球科学数据情况，数据管线流程，评测方法体系者优先。
