面向真实机器人构建灵巧手大小脑一体化能力，主导从数据、模型到真机的完整研究链路，研发可在真实灵巧手上实时运行的双臂灵巧操作策略，并产出高水平论文、标杆demo、开源系统或大规模机器人数据集成果： 1. 构建基于强化学习与模仿学习的灵巧手基础运控模型，解决复杂交互场景下的实时运控、柔顺控制与触觉/力觉反馈融合问题； 2. 基于 VLA / WAM / diffusion policy 等研发双臂灵巧操作策略，重点突破复杂接触下的稳定操作、长程任务中的失败恢复与跨物体泛化，实现仪器设备使用、in-hand manipulation 等桌面级精细操作； 3. 建设多源操作数据闭环，整合第一视角视频、遥操作、真机/仿真数据与失败样本，支撑策略训练、评测与持续迭代； 4. 主导大小脑一体化策略的真机部署，解决实时性、手眼标定、力/触反馈、时延与 sim-to-real 等关键问题；与人形机器人团队协作，将灵巧操作能力接入全身移动操作系统； 5. 主导或深度参与高水平论文、数据集、benchmark、开源系统与标杆机器人 demo 的产出。

1. 计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化、控制等相关专业背景，硕士及以上学历；有突出研究成果或丰富真机经验者可适当放宽； 2. 在强化学习、模仿学习、灵巧操作、diffusion policy、VLA/WAM、触觉/力觉感知、sim-to-real 中至少两个方向有深入积累； 3. 具备真实机器人平台的算法部署、数据采集或实验经验（机械臂、移动操作平台、人形/腿足机器人等任一即可），熟悉机器人运动学、动力学、标定与控制接口； 4. 熟练掌握 Python/PyTorch，熟悉 MuJoCo、Isaac Lab/Gym 等主流仿真平台，具备良好的 C++、Linux、ROS/ROS2 开发能力； 5. 具备独立科研与系统迭代能力，能从真机失败案例中定位问题并推动数据—模型—评测的闭环优化；适应高不确定性、长周期的真实机器人研发，愿意长期投入高质量研究。

加分项： 1. 在 CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、NeurIPS、ICLR、CoRL、RSS、ICRA、IROS、RA-L、T-RO 等会议/期刊有论文发表或核心贡献； 2. 有灵巧手、触觉传感器或力控操作平台的真机研发经验； 3. 有高质量开源项目、机器人 benchmark、遥操作系统或大规模数据处理经验； 4. 熟悉接触建模、触觉仿真、手部动作 retargeting 或人手到机器人手迁移。
