1. WAM/VLA的后训练与评测； 2. 参与WAM/VLA/具身智能体的强化学习微调等方向的研究； 3. 协助推进结合传统仿真和生成式仿真的数据合成，推动合成数据价值探索与应用落地; 4. 协助团队完成模型强化学习微调的工具链建设与评测工具开发。

1. 计算机、人工智能、机器人相关专业硕士及以上学历，擅长强化学习核心算法(如 PPO、GRPO等), 有相关学术/项目成果者优先； 2. 熟悉具身VLA、WAM等模型，有如机械臂操作等真机相关经验； 3. 熟悉至少一种主流仿真环境或框架，如Isaac Sim、 MuJoCo，熟练 Issac Lab者优先。 4. 在NeurIPS、ICLR、ICML、RSS、CoRL、ICRA、RAL等机器学习、机器人会议或期刊上有出色成果发表者可加分。
