1. 结合临床需求和研究进展，与专家共同明确科学问题、研究假设、目标人群、关键表型及研究终点，制定对照方案、评价指标和验证路径，形成可执行的医学科学任务。 2. 对医学/健康方向大模型应用中输出内容进行医学判断，能够不断富集案例进行总结性分析，通过分析报告、标准迭代、数据整理等方式，为大模型应用的医学体验提升提供专业建议； 3. 整理并结构化医学文献、临床指南、真实病例数据，构建高质量评测语料库； 4. 根据医学专业性和医疗业务特性，定义医学科学、医疗大模型及应用的能力标准，构建医学评测数据集； 5. 快速响应医学任务标注与审核，对文本/影像等医疗数据进行专业标注（如疾病分类、用药建议、手术步骤）；审核标注结果，确保符合临床医学逻辑与行业标准； 6. 医学评测体系开发医学支持，包括优化标注规范，协助制定质控流程，提升数据可靠性，协助搭建针对AI医疗产品的系统性评测框架。

1. 学历要求：临床医学、基础医学、公共卫生与预防医学、中西医结合、生物医学等相关专业在读硕士/博士，或优秀本科生 2. 具备1年及以上医院临床工作经验，或有医学AI、基础医学、转化医学等相关科研项目经历，有扎实的医学专业基础（熟悉内科/外科/妇科/儿科等核心临床学科知识）； 3. 有开展文献研究与医学证据分析，建设研究数据与队列经验； 4. 能熟练应用生成式AI进行辅助工作； 5. 熟悉卫生健康领域国家标准、行业标准、团队标准等，明晰卫生健康领域各项规范和监管单位通知要求； 6. 严谨的逻辑思维与细节把控能力； 7. 跨团队协作，能与算法工程师、产品经理等沟通医学临床需求。

优先加分项： 1. 有医学科学智能体应用项目经验或临床科研数据整理经验（如医疗垂类大模型应用项目，电子病历分析、临床试验数据管理等）； 2. 有常见AI医疗应用场景项目经验（如《卫生健康行业人工智能应用场景参考指引》中提及场景）； 3. 熟悉循证医学、临床诊疗路径或医学统计学知识。 4. 已完成或正在参加住院医师规范化培训；具有三甲医院实习或临床工作经验者；
