我们致力于探索人工智能与网络安全交叉领域的前沿技术，打造面向下一代智能化攻防的网安基座模型与智能体系统。围绕大模型后训练、漏洞智能分析、自动化攻防智能体开展研究，推动 AI 驱动的网络安全能力革新。

1. 开展网安基座模型后训练算法研究，重点提高模型的漏洞挖掘、利用和修复能力； 2. 参与后训练数据合成管线的设计与搭建，包括漏洞数据挖掘和漏洞环境容器的构建。 3. 开展大模型在网络攻防中的能力评测，分析其能力边界、安全风险与改进方向；

1. 拥有研究生及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、网络安全等相关专业优先； 2. 具备渗透测试、漏洞挖掘、逆向分析、模糊测试等项目经验者优先； 3. 熟悉 CyberGym、ExploitGym、ARVO、Vulhub等漏洞数据集/数据库者优先； 4. 对开发漏洞挖掘、利用、修复的智能体工作流有一定了解，有相关开源项目经验者优先； 5. 具备一定的大模型/智能体系统经验，能灵活使用 Claude Code 或 Codex 等AI编程工具； 6. 有 CTF 夺旗赛经历、漏洞发现与披露记录，或实际攻防经验者优先； 7. 具有良好的沟通协作能力，能够与团队融洽合作，一起探索新技术，推进技术进步。
