岗位职责 1、负责世界模型物理能力以及因果性评测，针对重力、碰撞、摩擦、惯性、刚体运动、物体交互等基础物理规则，设计标准化评测用例与评测场景； 2、针对世界模型生成场景、物体运动、物理交互中的异常问题（穿透、运动畸变、物理逻辑冲突等）进行复现、定位、归因分析，输出详细问题报告与优化建议； 3、协助开发轻量化评测工具、自动化评测脚本，实现物理评测数据批量采集、指标统计、效果对比，提升评测效率与标准化程度； 4、沉淀物理评测规范、评测基线、评测数据集与技术文档，持续迭代世界模型物理能力评测体系； 5、配合算法团队，跟进物理能力优化迭代，完成新版本模型的回归测试与效果验收。

岗位要求 1、本科及以上在读学生，计算机、人工智能、图形学、机器人、物理等相关专业； 2、修读计算机图形学、物理仿真、三维几何、机器人学等相关课程，掌握三维数学、坐标变换、渲染基础、刚体动力学等核心知识； 3、熟练使用 Python / C++ 任意一门语言，能够独立编写测试脚本、简单工具脚本，具备基本的数据处理与调试能力； 4、了解主流物理引擎与仿真平台，熟悉物理仿真基本规则，对AI世界模型、数字孪生、仿真建模有浓厚兴趣； 5、具备良好的逻辑思维与问题拆解能力，对物理效果敏感，能够精准发现模型仿真的不合理性与漏洞； 6、主动性强、擅长自主学习，能够快速上手新的仿真工具、评测流程与技术栈，具备良好的团队沟通与协作能力； 7、可长期实习者优先。
