1. 系统调研和跟踪全球AI4S/具身智能前沿学术进展与产业动态，覆盖AI+生命科学、材料、化学、物理、医学、地球科学、能源等方向，协助完成重大战略研判； 2. 深度参与实验室战略专项研究，开展定量与定性分析，包括技术路线、竞争格局、商业模式、生态图谱等，输出研究报告与决策建议，推动研究成果在业务中的转化与应用； 3. 支持相关领域专家资源的拓展与维护，参与活动策划与执行。 4. 负责协助项目督导及运营工作，梳理复杂项目节点、跟进进度、推动跨部门协调和任务追踪； 5. 负责会议组织、材料撰写、纪要整理、文档梳理、知识库维护等综合工作； 6. 协助团队开展其他相关工作。

1. 研究生及以上学历在读，人工智能、计算机科学、数学、物理、化学、生物、材料、机器人等相关专业优先，交叉背景或海外背景优先； 2. 能独立对战略研究成果进行结构化梳理与总结，并清晰、准确地呈现核心结论； 3. 对AI4S/具身智能领域有强烈兴趣，能理解前沿科研成果，具备快速学习能力； 4. 具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神、协调能力和业务推动能力； 5. 目标导向，逻辑清晰，有较好的执行力和抗压能力，具备敏捷的思辨和反应能力，能根据需求快速跟进工作； 6. 熟练使用AI工具，具备英文文献检索与阅读能力，能进行基础数据分析。 【加分项】 1. 有AI4S相关科研、论文、竞赛、行研、咨询、战略、投资实习经历； 2. 熟悉Python/SQL/数据可视化，或了解LLM、Agent等AI工具在科研场景中的应用； 3. 对科学智能方向有认知； 4. 能长期实习并尽快到岗。
