1、智能体系统测试 - 负责多智能体操作系统 / Agent 大模型应用的功能测试、集成测试、回归测试、边界用例设计； - 编写 Agent 任务评测脚本，验证智能体规划、工具调用、记忆管理、多智能体协同、Harness 调度链路稳定性； - 复现、定位 Agent 运行缺陷，提交清晰 bug 报告，跟进开发修复闭环； - 搭建简易评测数据集，开展 Agent 效果对比测试，输出测试报告与性能分析。 2、Vibe‑Coding 快速原型开发 - 使用 Vibe‑Coding（自然语言驱动 AI 编码）快速搭建测试 Demo、自动化脚本、测试工具、Agent 验证场景； - 基于 LLM+Agent 框架快速编写原型代码，完成测试场景快速验证； - 探索自然语言生成代码的可靠性边界，记录 Vibe‑Coding 在智能体项目中的落地痛点与优化建议； - 将测试需求转化为 AI 生成代码提示词，迭代提示工程，提升自动化测试脚本产出效率。 3、文档与协同 - 编写测试用例、测试方案、接口文档、Agent 评测规范； - 和后端、大模型、产品团队对齐需求，参与每日站会、测试评审； - 沉淀 Vibe‑Coding + 智能体测试的工具流、最佳实践文档。

必备 1、计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业在读本科生 / 研究生； 2、了解软件测试基础流程，会编写基础测试用例； 3、掌握至少一门编程语言：Python 优先，能够读懂简单代码； 4、有使用 Vibe‑Coding / AI 辅助编程（Cursor、Windsurf、Claude Code 等）进行代码开发的实战经验； 5、了解 Agent、大模型工具调用、多智能体系统基本概念优先； 6、细心严谨，善于复现复杂问题，具备良好沟通能力。 加分项 1、用过 LangChain、AutoGPT、Open‑Agent、多智能体协同框架； 2、有 LLM、RAG、Agent 相关项目、竞赛、开源贡献经历； 3、会 Postman、pytest 等自动化测试工具； 4、熟悉提示工程，擅长写高质量 Prompt； 5、熟悉 MaaS、智能体底座、Harness 调度层架构者优先。
