AI4S 科学数据评测与索引体系建设：参与科学数据评测框架、基准研发；开展科学数据检索、数据治理相关研究，迭代整套体系的性能与可靠性。 2. 前沿技术调研与平台能力集成：跟踪智能体、科学数据分类分级、AI4S 领域前沿技术与 Benchmark，完成方案验证，推动前沿研究成果落地。 3. 跨学科评测分析与研究成果输出：联动多学科科研伙伴，搭建自动化评测分析能力，挖掘数据集与科学智能体能力瓶颈，输出高水平研究成果，能力优秀者可独立负责子研究课题。

1. 硕士 / 博士在读，计算机、AI、数据科学，或理化、地学、生命科学等 AI4S 交叉背景。 2. 熟练使用 Vibe‑Coding 等 AI 辅助开发工具；了解智能体自动化测试；熟悉科学数据评估、信息检索、数据治理优先。 3. 对 AI4S、科学智能体方向充满好奇心，主观能动性强，乐于独立思考，能够积极反馈沟通；有顶会 / 期刊论文经历为加分项，不作为硬性门槛。 4. 能够上海线下全职实习6 个月及以上，每周到岗4天以上。
