1. 负责病原体基因组AI基座大模型的架构设计、训练与迭代优化。整合生物医学文献、组学数据及分子结构数据，构建具备科学推理与微观物理表征能力的生物大模型，支撑病原体研究、疫苗研发等业务场景； 2. 负责病原体AI智能体系统的搭建、优化与落地，结合生物科研场景，迭代智能体分析与运算能力，适配病原研究全流程技术需求； 3. 探索大模型在生物通路分析、靶点挖掘、机制演变、疫苗设计等场景的长链条复杂推理能力，持续提升模型结果的准确性与可解释性，赋能科研成果落地； 4. 跟踪AI4S科学智能领域前沿技术与学术动态，结合业务需求开展技术调研与方案迭代，推动团队算法技术持续创新升级。

1. 计算机、人工智能、计算生物学、生物信息学、公共卫生等相关专业，硕士及以上学历，具备交叉学科背景者优先； 2. 扎实掌握大模型、多智能体算法优化核心理论与技术原理；熟悉AlphaFold、Evo等主流生物大模型的算法逻辑与应用场景，有相关模型落地经验优先； 3. 精通Python编程，熟练掌握PyTorch等深度学习框架； 4. 具备优秀的问题分析与解决能力，责任心强，拥有良好的团队协作意识。
