1.仿真引擎研发与集成：参与物理、图形及机器人仿真引擎的功能开发、接口封装与性能优化，支持场景加载、物理交互、传感器模拟和状态采集。 2.CWM Agent 研发：结合大模型、Skills 和工具调用，开发场景描述、参数配置与仿真脚本生成能力，打通“生成—执行—评估—迭代”的工作流程，沉淀可复用的代码、配置和经验。 3.可交互仿真环境开发：面向机器人操作等任务，实现环境初始化、复位、动作控制、观测输出和任务评价，支持批量实验及后续强化学习框架接入。 4.数字孪生场景构建：参与三维资产处理、场景重建结果接入、碰撞与物理属性配置，结合参考数据开展参数校准和仿真效果验证。 5.仿真数据与工程工具开发：建设图像、物体状态、接触信息和动作轨迹的同步采集工具，完善实验记录、结果回放、自动化测试和技术文档。

1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化、机器人、机械、力学、物理、数学等相关专业。 2.熟练掌握 C++ 或 Python 至少一种编程语言，具备良好的数据结构、算法和软件开发基础，能够完成模块开发、调试与测试。 3.具备线性代数、空间坐标变换和基础力学知识；对计算机图形学、物理仿真、机器人控制或数值计算中的至少一个方向有学习或项目积累。 4.了解 Linux、Git 等开发工具，能够阅读英文技术文档，具备定位问题、验证方案和持续学习的能力。 5.对 AI Agent、具身智能和数字孪生有兴趣，愿意将大模型能力与仿真引擎、工程工具结合，重视结果的可验证性与可复现性。 6.有以下任一经历者优先：仿真引擎或机器人项目；Blender、Isaac Sim、MuJoCo、Unity、Unreal 等工具使用或二次开发；大模型工具调用或 Agent 开发；GPU 编程、并行计算、开源项目贡献。
