1. 研发面向数据处理的Agent，实现需求理解、任务规划、工具选择与流程编排，将复杂需求转化为可执行工作流。 2. 建设生产工具的标准化接入、能力描述和调用机制，支持Agent可靠使用已有数据处理与计算服务。 3. 研发执行监督、异常诊断和动态调整模块，使Agent能够根据运行状态与数据质量反馈优化工具选择、参数和流程。 4. 建设Agent评测与回归测试体系，围绕任务完成率、数据质量、执行成本和人工介入率评估效果，持续提升端到端自主完成任务的能力。

1. 计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业本科及以上学历，具备扎实的Python编程和软件研发能力。 2. 具有Agent工具调用、任务规划、工作流编排或自动化评测的实际开发经验，能够独立完成核心模块设计与实现。 3. 熟悉API集成、异步任务与状态管理，能够处理长流程中的调用失败、异常恢复和执行一致性问题。 4. 具备评测用例设计、实验对比和问题归因能力，能够区分模型、工具、流程与数据质量问题，并验证改进效果。
