The posting

1.负责操作基座模型的工程化研发与迭代,完成模型架构与训练策略的工程实现及性能优化 2.跟进最新操作算法动态,快速复现 SOTA 工作并完成工程化落地与验证 3.构建与维护大规模异构操作数据的处理 pipeline,包括多源数据对齐、信号质量过滤、运动学一致性校验、跨模态(视觉-语言-动作)一致性检查等 4.搭建真机遥操作数据采集与部署系统,负责真机与仿真环境下的模型评测、问题定位与调优 5.优化模型推理与实时控制链路,关注端到端延迟与部署效率

基本要求 1.硕士及以上学历,计算机、自动化、机器人、人工智能等相关专业 2.熟悉 Python 与 PyTorch,具备扎实的深度学习基础与工程实现能力,代码质量与工程规范意识良好 3.熟悉 VLA、World-Action Model 经典工作,熟悉 LeRobot、OpenPI、StarVLA 等开源框架 4.了解机器人操作与计算机视觉相关算法,包括但不限于机器人抓取、物体位姿估计、点云处理、模仿学习与强化学习等 5.熟悉机器人运动学与坐标变换(URDF、正/逆运动学、SE(3) 位姿与旋转表示),了解跨本体动作重定向 (retargeting) 6.有真机遥操作数据采集经验与真机部署经验 7.有大规模模型训练经验,熟悉多卡 / 分布式训练 8.熟悉主流仿真平台,如 Isaac Sim、Isaac Lab、ManiSkill、RoboCasa 等 9.有 CUDA 编程或模型推理优化经验,有 RTC 等实时部署经验,关注部署效率与延迟

加分项 1.有大规模数据工程经验,熟悉信号滤波、时序对齐、多模态数据清洗与质量控制 pipeline 的搭建 2.有相机标定与多视角几何经验(内外参标定、相机坐标系下的动作 / 位姿表示) 3.有真机硬件集成经验,熟悉主流机械臂 SDK(Franka / UR / ARX / AgileX 等)与深度相机(如 RealSense) 4.有合成数据生成 / 人手视频到机器人数据 (human-to-robot) 合成经验,熟悉渲染、深度估计、视频 inpainting、SAM 等分割工具链 5.熟悉 flow matching / diffusion policy 等连续动作生成方法的工程实现 6.有机器人、机器学习相关顶会顶刊论文(CoRL / RSS / ICRA / NeurIPS / ICLR / CVPR 等)或高影响力开源项目贡献
